Capulet supports companies, entrepreneurs and growing businesses when ideas need to be turned into structure, action and results.
We work across operations, business development and project execution, stepping into situations where there are many moving parts and someone needs to bring them together, establish priorities and drive the work forward.
This can range from developing new business concepts and setting up operations to coordinating suppliers, partners and stakeholders, improving processes, exploring new markets or simply creating the structure needed for a business to grow.
Capulet is particularly suited to projects that sit between strategy and execution, where it is not enough to define what should be done, but where someone also needs to take ownership of making it happen.
Our approach is pragmatic, hands-on and adaptable. Every assignment is different, and the role can range from focused project support to taking broader operational responsibility within a business.

Founder
Julia Silvstrand
I am the founder and managing director of Capulet, with over 25 years of international experience across operations, organisation, leadership and project delivery.
Throughout my career, I have worked across industries including logistics, supply chain, food & health, sustainability, media and marketing, across several European markets. This broad background has given
me the ability to quickly understand new businesses, identify what is needed and bring structure to complex or fast-moving situations.
I have worked in both established corporate organisations and entrepreneurial environments, often in roles where many moving parts, stakeholders and priorities need to come together. I am particularly strong at creating structure, connecting people and information, and turning plans into practical execution.
Originally from Sweden and based in Switzerland, I work comfortably across international and multicultural environments. I am fluent in Swedish, English and German, with a good working knowledge of French.
My way of working is pragmatic, hands-on and collaborative. I value clear communication, personal responsibility and finding solutions that work in practice – not adding unnecessary complexity.
Outside of work, I am passionate about endurance sports and have completed several Ironman 70.3 races.
I also enjoy spending time with my three children and being outdoors.
