Founder
Julia Silvstrand
I am the founder and managing director of Capulet, with over 25 years of experience supporting operations, administration and project coordination in international environments.
Over the years, I have worked across industries including logistics, supply chain, sustainability, media and marketing. This has given me a broad perspective and the ability to quickly understand different business contexts and adapt to what is needed.
My background spans both structured corporate organisations and more dynamic environments where priorities shift and expectations are high. I am particularly comfortable in roles that require coordination, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility, where things need to be handled with both precision and care.
Originally from Sweden and based in Switzerland, I work in an international setting and communicate fluently in Swedish, English and German, with a good working knowledge of French.
My approach is pragmatic, reliable and focused on making things work in practice, with a structured and hands-on way of working. I value clarity, strong collaboration and delivering work that creates real, lasting value.
Outside of work, I am passionate about endurance sports and have completed several Ironman 70.3 races. I also enjoy spending time with my three children and being in nature.
